w345 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the w345 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members and active players.

w345 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

02 Eligibility

To use the w345 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be using the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of w345.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily restricted from gaming platforms.

w345 may request documentation to verify your age at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Until such verification is completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict withdrawals or suspend account activity. This is standard practice for all legitimate online gaming platforms and is intended to protect both players and the integrity of the service.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended. Winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. w345 will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including any bets placed or deposits made.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• w345 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the w345 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion charges. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

w345 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other approved mobile wallets and bank cards. Additional methods may be added from time to time; the current list is always visible in the cashier section of your account.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes.
• Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution.
• Deposits made from accounts or wallets not registered in your name may be declined or held pending verification.
• w345 does not accept deposits from third parties. Your deposit method must be registered in your own name.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever this is technically possible. This policy helps protect against fraud and ensures funds are returned to the rightful account holder.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard one-time process.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe shown in the cashier for each payment method.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from active bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• w345 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to accounts not verified as belonging to the registered player will not be processed.

If your withdrawal request has not been processed within the stated timeframe, contact our support team with your account details and transaction reference. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests as this may delay the process further.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

w345 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. This is the amount you must bet before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute less. Check each promotion for specifics.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through coordinated accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• w345 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled while you are actively wagering towards it, we will honour the bonus on a pro-rata basis or credit an equivalent offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the w345 platform are governed by their own individual rules, which are displayed within each game or market. In all cases, the following general rules also apply.

For sports betting — including Cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Odds are subject to change up until the moment the bet is confirmed, and the price shown at confirmation is final.

• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled according to the rules stated for the relevant sport and market.
• For live in-play betting on Cricket and other sports, delays in data feeds can occur. w345 will void any bets placed on clearly incorrect odds caused by data errors.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Results are final once confirmed on screen.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino session, the round will be voided and all wagers returned. If the round completed before the fault, the result stands.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply per game and per day. These are displayed within each game and in the cashier section.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w345 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or pricing mistakes. Any winnings from a known error are not payable.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Sharing accounts with or playing on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or fraud-related activity.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform that are not intended for general users.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening support staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

w345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe that these terms have been violated, that fraudulent or prohibited activity has taken place, or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, we will aim to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the account holder. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be restored and any pending withdrawals processed.

• Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support.
• Any real-money balance remaining in a fairly closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
• Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.
• Self-excluded players may not re-register using different details. Doing so is a violation of these terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the w345 platform — including the website design, graphics, logos, game content, text, software and branding — is the property of w345 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

Game content provided by third-party software developers is subject to the intellectual property rights of those developers. w345 operates under appropriate licences to offer this content to players. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of both these terms and the relevant developer's rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

The w345 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the service running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and occasional technical issues may affect availability. We will aim to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

• w345 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults or delays outside our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by the player's own internet connection, device or browser.
• w345 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident is limited to the amount of the bet or deposit involved in that incident.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where such limitation would be unlawful.

12 Privacy & Data

w345 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and the delivery of the service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform. All data handling is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13 Responsible Gaming
